Terms of Use
Bitcoin Treasury Analysis — Decision Record Instrument
Last updated: February 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Bitcoin Treasury Analysis.
Use of the instrument is subject to the terms below.
Nature of the Instrument
Bitcoin Treasury Analysis is an independent, deterministic decision-record instrument.
It is not an advisory service, audit, certification, or professional engagement. It does not provide investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, fiduciary guidance, or execution instructions.
Bitcoin Treasury Analysis records how a Bitcoin treasury decision was considered and concluded under stated assumptions. It does not determine whether a decision is correct, advisable, suitable, or compliant.
Use of Bitcoin Treasury Analysis is subject to the disclosures and limitations described in the Legal Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
Access and Use
Bitcoin Treasury Analysis is accessed as a time-bound instrument license that permits issuance of versioned Decision Records during the access period.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Each completed analysis produces a final, immutable reference record
- Conclusions cannot be modified after issuance
- Each Decision Record is bound to the Standard Version (BT-RS) active at time of issuance. Subsequent standard updates do not alter prior records.
- Any change in inputs requires a new analysis with a new reference ID
- Access to the instrument does not imply endorsement of Bitcoin adoption
Bitcoin Treasury Analysis does not provide ongoing monitoring, updates, or revision of prior records.
Data Handling and Local Processing
Bitcoin Treasury Analysis processes assessment inputs locally in the browser for scoring and document generation.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- No assessment inputs are transmitted to or retained by Bitcoin Treasury Analysis servers as part of normal operation
- Data does not sync across devices or sessions
- Clearing browser storage may permanently remove assessment data
- You are responsible for downloading, printing, or otherwise retaining generated artifacts
Bitcoin Treasury Analysis is not responsible for loss of locally stored data.
User Responsibilities
By using Bitcoin Treasury Analysis, you agree that you will:
- Provide inputs that reflect the organization's understanding at the time of analysis
- Not rely on the instrument as a substitute for professional advice
- Secure any generated reference documents once downloaded
- Accept responsibility for any decisions taken outside the instrument
Bitcoin Treasury Analysis does not verify the accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of user-provided inputs. The integrity digest confirms structural reproducibility only and does not validate factual accuracy of declared inputs.
No Professional Relationship
Use of Bitcoin Treasury Analysis does not create any fiduciary, advisory, client, auditor, or professional relationship.
The organization retains full responsibility for treasury decisions, governance actions, and outcomes.
If professional advice is required, you must consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
Assumption-Bound Conclusions
All conclusions produced by Bitcoin Treasury Analysis are:
- Conditional
- Time-specific
- Bound to stated assumptions
If assumptions change, conclusions no longer apply.
Bitcoin Treasury Analysis does not guarantee outcomes, performance, or risk mitigation.
Availability and Discontinuation
Bitcoin Treasury Analysis may modify, suspend, or discontinue instrument access prospectively.
Previously issued Decision Records remain bound to the Standard Version (BT-RS) under which they were issued. Discontinuation of access does not retroactively alter issued records.
Limitation of Reliance
By using Bitcoin Treasury Analysis, you acknowledge that:
- Conclusions are rule-resolved classifications under a fixed Standard Version (BT-RS), not predictions
- Real-world outcomes may differ materially
- The instrument does not certify adequacy, safety, or compliance
- Use of outputs is at your own risk
Bitcoin Treasury Analysis is designed for governance record-keeping, not decision execution.
Intellectual Property
The standard, instrument structure, rule logic, and artifact formats are proprietary. Access does not grant rights to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative instruments.
Governing Understanding
These Terms describe conditions of use of an independent decision-record instrument only.
They do not constitute a service-level agreement, warranty, or guarantee of performance.
