Bitcoin Treasury Analysis — Independent, Deterministic Decision-Record Instrument

Last updated: February 2026

Bitcoin Treasury Analysis is designed to record how an organization's Bitcoin treasury decision was considered and concluded while minimizing data exposure. This Privacy Policy explains what information is and is not collected and how data is handled in connection with the analysis.

Overview

Bitcoin Treasury Analysis operates as a local, client-side decision record instrument.

The analysis is intentionally designed to avoid collecting sensitive, identifying, or operational information. Bitcoin Treasury Analysis does not require account creation to run an analysis and does not retain analysis data on its servers.

Information We Do Not Collect

Bitcoin Treasury Analysis does not collect, request, or store:

  • Private keys, seed phrases, or cryptographic material
  • Wallet addresses
  • Passwords, PINs, or authentication credentials
  • Banking or financial account numbers
  • Specific transaction data
  • Personally identifying information
  • Names of vendors, custodians, or service providers
  • Board minutes, legal opinions, or internal documents
  • Analysis responses on Bitcoin Treasury Analysis servers or systems

The analysis is not designed to receive sensitive operational or custody information.

Local Processing

All analysis inputs and outputs are processed locally in your browser.

  • Analysis data is not transmitted to Bitcoin Treasury Analysis servers during normal instrument operation
  • Analysis data remains only within your local browser environment. Data persistence depends solely on your browser storage settings and device configuration.
  • Analysis results are not used for analytics, profiling, training, or model improvement

If local storage is used (for example, to preserve state during an active session), that data remains on your device and is not accessible to Bitcoin Treasury Analysis.

Integrity Digest

The integrity digest is computed locally at issuance and binds declared inputs and Standard Version (BT-RS) to the generated artifacts.

The digest does not transmit declared inputs to Bitcoin Treasury Analysis and does not allow reconstruction of inputs by Bitcoin Treasury Analysis.

Artifact Retention and Responsibility

Bitcoin Treasury Analysis produces reference artifacts intended for download, printing, or offline storage.

You are responsible for:

  • Retaining copies of generated artifacts
  • Securing exported PDFs or files
  • Managing access to stored decision records

Bitcoin Treasury Analysis does not retain copies of generated artifacts and cannot recover them if they are lost or deleted.

Cookies and Analytics

Bitcoin Treasury Analysis does not use tracking cookies or third-party behavioral analytics.

Bitcoin Treasury Analysis records an anonymous count when a user reaches the assessment boundary after completing the Financial Constraints section (Question 16). This counter increments by one per event. No IP address, session identifier, referrer, browser data, or any other identifying information is collected or retained in connection with this count. The request is discarded after the counter is incremented.

No other behavioral or usage data is collected.

Third-Party Services

If the optional translation feature is used, page content is processed by Google Translate under Google's privacy policy. Translation is user-initiated and not required for instrument operation.

Payments

Paid access is processed by a third-party payment provider.

Bitcoin Treasury Analysis does not receive, store, or process payment card data.

Third-party payment providers' privacy policies govern payment processing.

Data Sharing

Bitcoin Treasury Analysis does not sell, rent, or share user data.

Because analysis data is processed locally, Bitcoin Treasury Analysis does not possess analysis data to disclose, transfer, or distribute.

Because declared inputs are not transmitted to or stored by Bitcoin Treasury Analysis, no server-side reconstruction, re-analysis, or retroactive review of prior analyses is possible without voluntary reproduction by the organization.

Security Considerations

Bitcoin Treasury Analysis is designed to minimize data exposure, but no software environment is entirely risk-free.

You are responsible for:

  • Using trusted devices and browsers
  • Avoiding entry of sensitive or confidential information
  • Securing any exported decision records

Bitcoin Treasury Analysis does not control the security of user devices, browsers, exported documents, or local storage environments.

Children's Privacy

Bitcoin Treasury Analysis is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18.

Changes to This Policy

Updates to this Privacy Policy apply prospectively and do not alter the data handling characteristics of previously issued Decision Records.

Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
